Account Settings
This guide covers how to update key account settings across your Truemed Dashboard and Truemed-linked Stripe account. Whether you need to update business details, payout information, payment method, or membership, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for each below.
Updating Your Business Details
Business information like industry or EIN is managed in your Truemed-linked Stripe account, not the Truemed Dashboard.
- Log in to your Truemed-linked Stripe account
- Click the profile icon in the upper right
- Select Platform Settings
- Under Business Details, update fields such as your industry or EIN
Updating Your Linked Bank Account
If you need to change the bank account receiving your Truemed payouts, update it directly in your Truemed-linked Stripe account.
- Log in to your Truemed-linked Stripe account
- Click the profile icon in the upper right
- Select Payout Details
- Click the edit icon (pen and paper) next to your current bank account
- Enter your new bank account details and save
Only users with admin access to your Stripe account can update payout information.
Updating Your Card on File
To update the payment method associated with your Truemed account:
- Sign in to app.truemed.com
- Select Settings in the top right corner
- Click Payment Method
- Update your payment method as needed

Only account Owners can update payment methods.
