No Luck?

If you are unsuccessful in finding the letter in your spam/junk folder, please emailĀ support@truemed.com. Please email us with the same email address you utilized to complete the qualification survey process.

Your Customer was not eligible, what now?

When customers are not eligible (as deemed by an independent provider) they are communicated this via email. In order to receive more in depth guidance about eligibility, please guide these customers to contact support@truemed.com

When can LMNs be backdated?

  • Backdating: Backdating refers to moving the date on the LMN back in time. The date on the LMN corresponds to the date that the customer completes the clinical intake form (Ie Truemed Survey). The earliest date an LMN can have is the date the intake form was first completed. Truemed will not backdate letters to dates prior to this time in any circumstance.

Can LMNs be modified after issuance?

On a case by case basis, Truemed may modify LMNs post issuance. This commonly occurs in response to request by an HSA/FSA administrator to modify the format of the LMN. In all scenarios, these requests should be directed to support@truemed.com
