We’ve rolled out a more seamless survey and checkout flow designed to reduce friction, minimize clicks, and give customers a smoother experience that matches (and exceeds) industry benchmarks.


What’s Changed

Before:

  • Each survey question appeared on its own screen.

  • No grouping of questions.

  • Customers had little context on their progress through the checkout flow.

Now:

  • Survey questions are grouped into relevant sections:

    • Customer information ("About You")

    • Medical information

    • Payment

  • Fewer screens, fewer clicks, clearer progress.

  • Average of 30% fewer clicks required to complete a survey.

  • Early results show a positive impact on conversion rates (as of 9/23/25).
