How Do I Know Whether an Order Has Been Paid Through Truemed?
The easiest way to confirm whether a Truemed order has been successfully paid is to check the Payment Status in your Shopify admin.
✅ Paid Orders
If the order has a status of “Paid”, then the payment has been successfully processed through the Truemed app and no further action is needed.
⏳ Pending or Incomplete Orders
If the order does not show as "Paid," it means the transaction is either:
Still processing, or
Was abandoned before payment was completed
In some cases, a customer may have completed the Truemed eligibility survey but exited checkout before finalizing the payment.
Common Payment Statuses in Shopify:
Paid – Payment completed successfully.
Pending – Payment is still processing. Wait a few minutes, then refresh.
Authorized – Payment method approved, but not captured (less common for Truemed).
Abandoned – Customer exited checkout before completing payment.
You can also cross-reference the order by downloading your Truemed order CSV from app.truemed.com and checking the payment timestamp.
