What This Means for Merchants:
If you sell a bundle that includes both eligible and ineligible items, Truemed will not break it apart to assess individual components. Therefore, if any item in the bundle is ineligible, the entire bundle will be deemed
Instead, we treat the bundle as a single product, and eligibility is determined solely by the bundle’s SKU.
Best Practices:
If you're creating bundles and want them to be HSA/FSA-eligible, we recommend structuring them so that the entire bundle qualifies.
