How Are Refunds Processed in Shopify?

Refunds for Truemed purchases can be issued directly through Shopify, just like any other payment method.

There’s no special process required—simply issue the refund through the Shopify admin, and the amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment method. This includes both HSA/FSA cards and personal cards used at checkout.
