When Is the Dependent Survey Shown at Checkout?

If a customer adds multiple items to their cart and only some of them qualify for HSA/FSA eligibility for dependents, the dependent survey will still be shown.
Why?
The dependent survey is triggered by the eligibility category associated with the items in the cart. If any item in the cart belongs to a category that has dependent eligibility questions enabled, the survey will appear—regardless of whether other items in the cart do not apply to dependents.
This ensures compliance and accurate documentation for all eligible purchases.
Example:
Item A is eligible for the primary account holder only.
Item B is eligible for dependents.
→ The dependent survey will be shown at checkout.
