As a valued Truemed merchant, managing your subscription is simple and straightforward. Below, you will find all the necessary details about your subscription and how to make changes if needed.

• Annual Fee: $500

• Billing Cycle: Annually, on the same day of each year as your initial sign-up.

We understand that business needs can change. Truemed merchants can cancel their subscriptions at any time. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

• Notice Period: Provide at least two weeks’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.

• How to Cancel: Send an email to merchants@truemed.com with your request to cancel. Be sure to include your business name, email, and any relevant account details to help us process your request quickly.
